Today we want to share something very deep and heartbreaking.

🕊️ Today we want to share something very deep and heartbreaking.

You see this image — three young women, smiling, sitting in the sun, enjoying a moment in nature.
We dressed them in white because they are innocent. They are victims. Not of a crime you can see… but of something worse:
The phone. The screen. Social media.

You might say: "But it’s just a picture."
No — it’s a symbol. A whole generation, Gen Z, is being destroyed silently. And the saddest part?
They don’t even realize it’s happening.

👧 Who are Gen Z?

Gen Z are those born between 1997 and 2013.
They are the first generation to have phones in their hands at a very young age — some as early as 11 or 12 years old.

Just stop and think.
A child who just learned how to write… now has access to all the world’s content, good and bad.
A child who should be playing outside, is now swiping for hours.
A child who doesn’t even understand their own emotions is exposed to millions of filtered, fake realities daily.

😔 How did this happen? Who is to blame?

🚫 It's not the child’s fault. The blame is elsewhere.

Dear parents, we need to ask this question:

🛍️ How can you go to a store and buy a phone or tablet for your 13-year-old?
How can you just give it to them without understanding the dangers?

It’s not just a “device.”
It’s an entire world they’re not ready for.

It’s a trap that even adults can’t escape — and yet, we hand it to a child as a “gift.”

🎁 A gift that slowly starts to take away their:

  • Attention

  • Real-life relationships

  • Self-confidence

  • Mental health

📱 Social Media is Not Harmless

Let’s tell the truth.

Social media companies don’t spend billions to entertain.
They spend billions to control attention.

They build algorithms so powerful, they can:

  • Predict what your child likes

  • Show them only what will keep them scrolling

  • Learn their deepest desires, fears, and weaknesses

  • Keep them hooked, emotionally and mentally

😱 Do you understand what that means?

These apps are designed to be as addictive as a drug.
And your child — whose brain is still growing — doesn’t stand a chance.

🪞 The Destruction of Identity Through Comparison

One of the most dangerous things? Comparison.

Especially for girls.
They scroll and see their friends living “perfect” lives:

  • Eating expensive food

  • Wearing designer clothes

  • Traveling to beautiful places

  • Being in relationships

  • Getting likes and attention

But guess what?

📉 Over 80% of what you see online is fake.

Still, the damage is real.

She starts comparing:
“I’m not pretty enough.”
“My life is boring.”
“I’m not loved.”
“My family is poor.”

💔 That comparison will destroy her confidence.

😢 What Happens to a Child with a Phone Too Early?

If you give your child a phone too young, this is what often follows:

  • ❌ Short attention span

  • ❌ Trouble sleeping

  • ❌ Emotional numbness

  • ❌ Anxiety and depression

  • ❌ Lack of real-world friendships

  • ❌ Fear of missing out (FOMO)

  • ❌ Low self-worth

They live in a false world where their brain is constantly overstimulated.
They can’t stop scrolling.
They can't focus.
They don’t even know how to be bored anymore.

😳 Funny… but Also Tragic

Let’s say one more hard truth:
Parents today are on their phones more than their children.

We laugh about it… but it’s not funny.
It’s dangerous.

Your child watches you.
They see your eyes on the screen.
They feel ignored.
And they copy.

📱 “If my dad is always on his phone, why shouldn’t I be?”
📱 “If my mom prefers Instagram over talking to me, maybe I’m not important.”

That’s how we lose our children — not through loud fights, but through quiet disconnection.
